Ever since my husband and I started KETO I have been oddly driven to figure out how to make a personal pan low carb/keto pizza that pleases everyone. That day is right. today. and forever only free now!
You can use this personal pan low carb/keto pizza recipe to please cheese lovers, veggie lovers, supreme pizza lovers, thin or thick crust lovers and more!
Best of all you can serve them up as an appetizer or entree.
This recipe will make 10-12 individual sized pizzas depending on your crust thickness and pan size. I used a whoopie pan for these; a muffin pan would work too.
The personal pan low carb/keto pizza pictured was made with RAO’S Homemade Marinara Sauce (4g carbs/3g sugar per 1/2c), sausage, pepperoni, spinach, onion and mushrooms. I topped it with a little mozzarella cheese and they were delicious! Plus they are great reheated.
Personal Pan Low Carb/Keto Pizza Crust Recipe
Everyone likes their own style of pizza, so we are not going to cover toppings here. The great thing about this recipe is you can tailor it all to your own preferences easily. If you like a thick crust, pile it on. Some people like their pizza crust thin. If that’s the case only use enough to cover the bottom.
What you’ll need right now to get started:
Almond Flour – I use superfine
Italian Seasoning, salt & pepper (optional)
Pan (I used this one)
You’re going to combine all the ingredients and bake them for half of the total cooking time. Pull them out and add your toppings. Bake for the remaining time. If you like your cheese toppings a little more on the burnt edges, add a minute or two.
Use a spatula to remove them and let them cool for five minutes. All done.
And please, don’t be shy. If you tried this recipe I’d love to hear about it!
Personal Pan Low Carb/Keto Pizza
Personal Pan Low Carb/Keto Pizza Crust Recipe. The crust recipe will only cost about 85 calories. What toppings you add will be where extra calories come in; if you are following a low carb/keto diet plan the toppings should still be great.
- 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Almond Flour super fine
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preheat the oven to 425.
Place the cheese in a glass/microwave safe bowl and melt the cheese in the microwave for about 45 seconds. This is really optional since it all melts in the stove together.
Stir the remaining ingredients together until fairly well combined.
Grease the Whoopi pan and fill each one to the width of the crust you like (e.g., thin/thick).
Bake for five minutes.
Remove from the oven and add your toppings (e.g., meats, etc.). Top with cheese and return to the oven for six minutes.
Let cool for five minutes and you are done.
Whoopie pans are the perfect size for your own personalized pizza.
