Cauliflower Pizza Crust Keto Friendly Pizza

Cauliflower pizza crust recipe - just add toppings you enjoy.

   Crust only (2 slices): 229 cal, 9 carbs, 15 fat, 21 protein

  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 2 cups Thick Mozzarella
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder


  1. Mix all of the contents together and cook for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.

  2. Pull out of the oven and top with your favorite ingredients.

  3. Return to oven and cook until the toppings are gooey and melted (about 10 minutes).

Recipe Notes

If you have a pizza stone, leave it in the oven while it preheats.  Then pile on the crust and flatten it out to the width you like.
