Preheat the oven to 425.
Place the cheese in a glass/microwave safe bowl and melt the cheese in the microwave for about 45 seconds. This is really optional since it all melts in the stove together.
Stir the remaining ingredients together until fairly well combined.
Grease the Whoopi pan and fill each one to the width of the crust you like (e.g., thin/thick).
Bake for five minutes.
Remove from the oven and add your toppings (e.g., meats, etc.). Top with cheese and return to the oven for six minutes.
Let cool for five minutes and you are done.
