Personal Pan Low Carb/Keto Pizza

Personal Pan Low Carb/Keto Pizza Crust Recipe.  The crust recipe will only cost about 85 calories.  What toppings you add will be where extra calories come in; if you are following a low carb/keto diet plan the toppings should still be great.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour super fine
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.

  2. Place the cheese in a glass/microwave safe bowl and melt the cheese in the microwave for about 45 seconds.  This is really optional since it all melts in the stove together.

  3. Stir the remaining ingredients together until fairly well combined.

  4. Grease the Whoopi pan and fill each one to the width of the crust you like (e.g., thin/thick).

  5. Bake for five minutes.

    Bake for 5 minutes
  6. Remove from the oven and add your toppings (e.g., meats, etc.).  Top with cheese and return to the oven for six minutes.

  7. Let cool for five minutes and you are done.
